End of the covid era at Whare Manaaki

This certificate and broach arrived in our post this week and it marks an end to the Covid era for us.

During the pandemic and lock downs we quickly stepped into a social and health support role to ensure equitable access and distribution for whanau Māori and the wider community in a multitude of ways.

Now that this response work has lessened and the community continues to adapt to life after covid, we are excited to be moving our focus back into a cultural and community space which offers connection, matauranga Māori resources and korero, access to cultural experiences and whanau ora.
